ideel is pleased to announce that we now ship internationally with the assistance of our international e-commerce partner, i-parcel.

Who is i-parcel?

  • i-parcel is ideel’s international logistics partner specializing in air express deliveries to fulfill international shipments.

How Do I place an International Order with i-parcel?

  • ideel Members can shop the website by first choosing their destination country. Once the destination country is selected, U.S. prices will automatically be converted to the daily foreign exchange rate for the selected destination. ideel Members may then add items specified as available for international shipping to their shopping cart. Items unavailable for international shipping will be identified in each sale launching daily on ideel’s website and also individually through the product details page of a particular item. Once an item is added to an ideel Members’ cart, the ideel Member will click “Proceed to Checkout.” At this time, the ideel Member will be redirected to a secure shopping cart managed by i-parcel, from which the ideel Member will complete their transaction. i-parcel will take sole responsibility of calculating all taxes, shipping, and duty information at that time.

What Countries Are Eligible for International Shipping?

What Are My Payment Options?

  • Accepted methods of payment vary depending on the destination country. Accepted methods of payment will be displayed upon checkout through i-parcel.

Can I Use a Gift Card for International Orders?

  • Gift cards are not accepted as payment for international orders. In addition, gift cards are not available for purchase by international Members.

Who Pays Customs, Duties, and Taxes?

  • All taxes, customs, duty information, and other shipping related costs will be calculated at the time of checkout through i-parcel. The amount of the applicable tariffs, duties, and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government.

How Are International Shipping Rates Determined?

  • The ideelShipping flat rate fee of $9.95 per month does not apply to international orders.
  • International shipping rates vary depending on the international destination and are determined by the shipping option chosen by the ideel Member, the international destination, and the total order weight.
  • Total shipping costs, taxes, and duties will be displayed prior to submitting your order.

What is the Timeline for International Delivery?

  • ideel Members shipping internationally will be provided an estimated delivery date and a tracking number upon checkout. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseeable factors.
  • International orders will be shipped using i-parcel’s Standard Shipping or i-parcel’s Express Shipping, and should arrive within the estimated delivery time specified after the order is placed. Delivery time may exceed the estimated time specified at the time of checkout for rural or remote international destinations, or due to delays in customs clearance procedures.

How Can I Track My International Order?

  • We will keep you updated on your order status via email. We will send you an initial confirmation email when your order is placed, and second email when your order ships. You can also check the status of your order anytime in My Orders in your account.

  • The order shipment email will contain an i-parcel tracking number that you can use to track your package the majority of your order's journey.

Where Do I Find My i-parcel Tracking Number?

  • You will receive a confirmation email after your order has shipped containing an i-parcel tracking number that you can use to track your package.
  • You can also find your i-parcel tracking number anytime in My Orders in your account.

What do I do if I’ve received the following message when I try to track my package: “Your shipment is destined for a country that requires further information prior to arrival. Please contact trackmyparcel@i-parcel.com for further information.”

  • Some countries, including Brazil, Korea, South Africa & Turkey, require a control number to be presented to customs prior to the export of the parcel. Please email trackmyparcel@i-parcel.com in order to provide i-parcel with the information needed to complete the delivery of your order.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

  • ideel Members cannot ship to multiple addresses. The country of the Members’ credit card and the international shipping destination country must match in order to place an international order.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After it Has Been Placed?

  • After placing an international order, ideel Members are not permitted to modify their orders. Members may cancel their order up to two hours after the order has been placed with ideel. All internationally shipped products are final sale.

How Do I Determine the Proper Product Sizing?

  • Please reference individual size charts located on each product page to verify the correct sizing of a product. Depending on the product, sizing will be displayed in either U.S. or European sizes.

What is the Returns Policy for International Orders?

  • Returns are not permitted on items shipping to international destinations. All products shipped internationally are final sale.
  • In the unlikely event that an item shipped internationally is defective, damaged, or the order is incorrect, please contact i-parcel’s Customer Support Team at trackmyparcel@i-parcel.com and provide a brief description of the issue.

When Should I Contact i-parcel?

  • If you have general issues with delivery or if the item arrives damaged or defective, please send an email to trackmyparcel@i-parcel.com . Please be sure to include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

Are There Any Rules and Restrictions for International Shipping?

  • Members who access the ideel website from an international location are not permitted to participate in ideel’s Member Referral Program.
  • Members who access the ideel website from an international location are not permitted to earn ideel credit.
  • Commercial purchases for retail sales are not permitted.
  • All international orders are subject to ideel policies, including the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In addition, international orders are also subject to i-parcel’s policies, including i-parcel’s International Terms and Conditions and i-parcel’s International Privacy Policy.
